General Disclaimer

Advantage Cloud does not guarantee the protection or security of any property containing its tracking devices or using its tracking services.

Device performance may be affected by installation location, network coverage, environmental conditions, and other factors. GPS and connectivity performance is subject to device and software capabilities, network limitations, and availability.

Advantage Cloud does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the tracking or recovery of any vehicle, asset, or item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advantage Cloud is not liable for theft, damage, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of use of the product or associated equipment, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.

Subscription

A connectivity subscription fee is payable in addition to the purchase price of the tracking device. Subscription fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Fees may change from time to time and are payable by credit card.

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid renewal charges, subscriptions must be cancelled before the renewal date.

Warranty

Advantage Cloud warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty applies for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

- Normal wear and tear

- Tampering, modification, or unauthorised repair

- Water, heat, environmental conditions, or corrosion

- Use outside the intended purpose

- Cellular network changes outside our control

Force Majure

Advantage Cloud is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or regulatory changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. 

Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Advantage Cloud may amend these Terms from time to time by providing notice on its website. Continued use of the service after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
